The Blue Team planted strawberries this week. Our year long unit is "Sharing the planet". The children were talking about Autumn and leaves falling down from the trees. But they were also talking about plants which we can look after and what kind of plants we can eat later on.
Recently during outside play time, the Yellow Team has really been enjoying group games such as "Duck Duck Goose" and "What Time is it, Mr. Wolf?" Through these games, they are refining their social and communication skills. And having lots of fun! Later in the week, when it was raining and we couldn't go outside, we did a sensory/art activity with shaving foam. One child drew a picture of the rain with his finger.
