This week, the Blue Team children did lots of artwork, making houses out of magnet toys or playing with friends building a high tower! The children are learning how to express themselves with different art materials like finger paint, transparent paper and stamps.

The Yellow Team enjoyed making play dough from scratch, and used cookie cutters and play dough tools to make shapes and patters. Through this activity the children learned that they can create art from various materials, not only paper! Later in the week, they chose their own animal picture and colored it in using either paint or pencils.

On Friday, we started off our whole-year "Sharing the Planet" unit with a bug scavenger hunt in the green field.
